I am using TerrSet 19.0.4 and I am trying to import a point shapefile into TerrSet and be able to have the attribute table associated with it via a *.vlx file; however, it doesn't create the vlx file nor a *.accdb file. The tutorial it says the following:
"In cases where a dBASE (.dbf) file is available, Database Workshop can be used to convert it to Access format." Where?
UPDATE:
I have solved it after sifting through the support center. My answer was in:
'Importing Shape and Database Workshop errors with Office 2010 64-bit, Office 2013 32- and 64 bit, and Office 2016'. Following the install steps outlined in https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/c159dec1-1b83-45e3-8493-9d3a8fbec4c2/microsoft-access-database-engine-2016-redistributable-wont-install-due-to-64bit-component?forum=officegeneral solved the issue. I can now import the shapefile and all is grand.
