I work with a land use grid/raster data-set, and I'm trying to reclassify no-data cells according to their k-nearest neighbors.
Do you know what tool I may use in IDRISI or ArcGIS?
Is there any other method you would use to avoid no-data cells?

Hi Elad,
One method of interpolating no data pixels is to use the FILTER module in IDRISI. This method will create a new image in which each pixel's value is based on its value and those of its immediate neighbors in the input image. The module allows you to base the calculation on a number of mathematical operations. I would suggest using the "Mode" function for your purposes. You then choose between interpolating based on a 3x3, 5x5, or 7x7 grid. Which resolution you choose will depend on the data you are processing. Although this will generalize all the pixels in the image, it will result in a complete image without no-data values.
