Hello guys, I am currently analyzing data for my thesis and came across a problem of which I thought I should write to you for help. I am struggling to cross tab two satellite images for change detection using Idrisi Kilimanjaro software to no avail. The problem is that when I cross tab the two images, I receive a message that one of the images (1990 image) contains more than 128 indices and that the software can not perform the operation. Could you please help me with procedure to solve this problem. I mean how should I convert the image so that it may contain not more than 128 categories? I will appreciate you help.

Clark Labs Tech Support Team Hi Victor and Sanja,
The CrossTab module is meant to be used with categorized images, such as a pair land cover maps. I recommend categorizing your images based on the features that you are interested in and then using CrossTab. If you would like to learn more about this module click the Help button at the bottom of the module's window.
Best Regards,
Andrew
