In the present study, I am performing trend analysis of NDVI data in Earth Trend Modeler. There are several problems I am wondering.
(1) Monthly NDVI data from 2001 to 2010 are used for trend analysis using Mann-Kendall analysis. Can Mann-Kendall analysis be performed on monthly data to analysis the yearly trend? if can, how does it realize? I wonder whether the two methods of Mann-Kendall analysis based on monthly data and seasonal Mann-Kendall will produce the same result?
(2) Another question is what's the difference between seasonal trend analysis and seasonal Mann-Kendall analysis.
