Hello,
when running STCOICE (stochastic choice) I got this error message "Error in overlay: Error in command line"
so kindly what kind of error is this and how could I solve it.

Mohammed Habboub " This error is most likely caused by an error in either your input file or the output file location. I would suggest you do the following. First, make sure that your Working and Resource Folders are set up correctly. You should have the Tutorial Data selected as your Resource Folder. It is helpful to have an empty folder as your Working Folder, where all of your outputs will be written to. This will help you keep your files organized. Second, I would recommend you go back a few steps in the Tutorial and create the rgf again, making sure that you are correctly following all of the steps. When you use STCHOICE, make sure that you have specified the correct input rgf file and have specified a different name for the output file that will be saved in your Working Folder. If you have followed the Tutorial instructions correctly, this should work."
