If I reclass the cloud affected pixel values to -32676, will the Earth Trends Modeler ignore those pixels as no data in the time series analysis?

 I am using the Theil-Sen series trend analysis and do not want to interpolate SST values for the cloud affected pixels.  I cannot use the masking option because the missing pixels are different for every image in the 1456 image time series.

  Michelle, see my previous reply to your first question. You will need to run interpolation to resolve those missing areas, or use a mask. Since the mask is not practical, then your only option is interpolation.
