Siewe,
It could be that the land cover classes shown in the grid do not coincide with the transitions specified and modeled from the land cover maps. I would suggest going back through the model on the Transition Potentials Tab and make sure that the sub-models selected are also those that you modeled. Only those classes will be shown that are selected and modeled in the Transition Potentials tab.
Hope this helps.

Thank You James for the reply. I went back through the whole process but I still got the same problem "invalid index". Please HELP me.
I have another question James. Is it important that I after I model the change in forest cover that I validate it? The example in the tutorials used three images 1990,2000 and 2005. They modeled the changes between 1990 and 2000, predicted the changes in 2005 using the validated variables, confirmed the predicted changes (image) to the actual changes that took place in the 2005 image before going on further with the REDD analysis. Is it necessary to validate these variables and then confirming them?
For example, I have images for two time periods; 2000 and 2013, and I will like to model the REDD scenario from 2013. So, after using the change allocation tool under change prediction, I went straight to modeling the REDD project, skipping to validation tool because I do not have a third image as the tutorial. In the tutorials, it is made clear that the "validation" stage is done only to confirm that the right variable have been chosen. Do I have to do this?(In my understanding, I don't). I am just trying to figure out the reason why I keep on having this "invalid index" error message each time I run the C02 emissions. What do I do?
Siewe,
The error is still indicative of a submodel incorrectly being called or not associated with a transition. One thing to try is to record your settings used, then start a new project and go through the correct steps through to REDD.
As for Validate, it is not necessary but it does give you an insight into the quality of your model. For example, you can look at the distribution of your misses and this may give you insight into missing variables.
