I'm having this error during installation. Can someone help me? The error message is attached.

Rob Bos ran into this same problem doing the installation as the SYSTEM user

Clark Labs A user recently reported that they resolved the issue by:
- Having the IT Administrator log in and install, and
- Installing to the Program Files folder, not the x86 folder.
The two issues may not be related, but it did work. We suspect that it is permissions and how the system is locked down.

Daniel Bunting Yes, after several attempts and updating Windows, Dell, and BIOS, I was still being thrown the 2343 error. IT finally found out that it was a permissions issue. Note that they could not simply tunnel in and Run the .exe file as the administrator using their elevated privileges credentials. They had to make sure the .exe file was in the Downloads folder and not a User folder (probably can be in any hardrive folder that can be accessed by any user that logs into the computer with different credentials). Then, I had to sign out of computer and had to log into computer user their temporary username and password, and then the install worked. I know this thread is old, but it's Sept 2021 and the same error code came up so I figured this may help expedite the process for someone else, in particular if you work for the DOI or a govt agency with several restrictions that require IT to assist in running an .exe file.
