Configuring IDRISI GDAL (SELVA)

I'm trying to configure the GDAL interface on IDRISI SELVA Windows 7 64 bit machine.

I've downloaded and extracted GDAL from the Clark Labs website (GDAL1.10). I go to the configure tab (GDALISRISI - under import GDAL) and navigated to the unzipped bin and data folders as described. I leave plugin folder empty. Select "Debug Message" and set memory cache to 100.

When I click run, i get the following error message:

The parameter is incorrect

Elapsed time: 00:00:00.00

Any ideas of whats going on?

Does this GDAL110 folder need to be in a particular location?

Wade,

Try not to set the debug option or set the memory cache. See if this works. It should not matter where GDAL is located, however, if you install it to the existing GDAL folder under your IDRISI Selva folder, you should remove all the existing files first.
