I am working on land use land cover forecasting models such as St_Markov and CA_Markov. I have already produced projected land cover maps using two fprecasting models. I applied accuracy assessment by comparing the simulated and reference maps. I calculated Kappa statistics. Now, I would like to apply the three maps (a reference map of time 1, a reference map of time 2 and a simulation map of time 2)( comparison method consists of two components of agreement and three components of disagreement. Components of agreement and disagreement for model validation are Persistence Simulated Correctly, change simulated correctly, Change Simulated As Persistence, Persistence Simulated As Change, Change Simulated As Change to Wrong Category.
Could you please help me, how I can apply this procedure in IDRISI?
