LCM: Changing markov's matrix

Hi everybody,
I’m working with LCM and I’ve got a problem trying to create different scenarios. I obtained the different prediction maps but the problem is when I would change the Markov Chain matrix (making sure that the sum of the files is 1.0). I run the model but in some result maps appears horitzontal lines like and error and I don’t know the cause. Can anybody help me? Thanks.
