having toruble in adding LCM2.0 as an extension in ArcGIS 10.3

Hello,
I have attempted a few times to add LCM2.0 as an extension in ArcGIS 10.3 but it is not happening. I installed LCM 2.0 while deactivating antivirus software in my PC as suggested by ClarkLabs customer service team, but that is not solving the problem.
LCM is not simply showing up within the extension list of ArcMAP 10.3..

Am I missing anything here??? I simply allowing LCM to run and get installed in the predefined settings(e.g. program folder(x86)).

I look forward to getting some suggesations asap.

  We are aware of this issue and know that others have encountered it. The problem is that the required drivers are not being registered during installation.

  Possible solutions include:

  - Deactivate antivirus program(s) before installing LCM

  - Check to see if other utilities may be blocking the installation

  - Make sure you have full admin permissions when installing LCM

  - Uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS and LCM

  I am having a similar problem installing LCM2.0 for ArcGIS 10.3 on a windows 10 OS. I have tried deactivating the antivirus and installing, but with little luck. 

  I do not see any indication of a succesful install, or an item in the Extension list of ArcMap. All I see is the App LCM for ArcMap show up in my app list in windows 10 with just two items - License Manager for ArcMap and Uninstall LCM

  I look forward to hearing about a solution for this installation issue.

  I have the same problem (ArcGIS 10.3 -W10). I have already done all the steps:

  - Deactivate antivirus program(s) before installing LCM

  - Check to see if other utilities may be blocking the installation

  - Make sure you have full admin permissions when installing LCM

  - Uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS and LCM

  And I have not been able to use LCM yet.

  Is it possible to manually make this change in the registry? Do you have any patch files?

  Hi Daniel,

  I am not sure, but I suspect it is the OS that for some reason trips the install. I had little luck with Win 10 installation. However, when I tried to install on another machine with a Win 7 OS, it worked without a hitch. I did not research further for the exact reason/cause. Hope this helps.

  I will try to install on another computer.

  Now I was scared of another subject. I repaired the LCM, but I forgot to disable my license before and now when I enter the password it appears that it is already being used on another computer. Do you know if I can fix this?

  Daniel,

  Try uninstalling it via the LCM for ArcGIS2.0 folder. There should be a uninstaller.

  I installed it in Windows 7, without any antivirus and even problem! Despair! I can not use LCM!

  Interesting!

  What exactly is the situation? Are you able to install LCM on Windows, and do you see an error message during installation? Or does it install but the module  does not show up and greyed out? can you provide some specific details about your problem.

  I install LCM normally, but the LCM toolbar does not open in ArcMap. Also, LCM does not appear in the Extensions

  Looks like something is sticking...I am wondering if your license manager is the problem...What other geospatial programs do you have runnning? ERDAS? ENVI? maybe you could temporarily stop their License Manager and see if it helps.

  Are you able to see the License Manager in the LCM for ArcGIS 2.0 program folder? If not, locate the LCM4ArcLicMgr.licfile in your c:\program files (x86)\lcm for arc2.0 folder, and see if you can run it from there.

  Also, is it a trial version? it could be that it has timed out. 

  Hopefully, tech support responds to this issue.

  Yes!! I enter the login and password in the LCM license manager.

  Just do not open in ArcMap!

  In the LCM folder has IdrExtMgr and LCM4ArcLicMgr

  Do you know any way to manually insert the LCM into the ArcGIS extensions? I've tried pasting the files .dll in ArcGIS bin folder but did not work
