Error in command line

I´m using the LCM and when I try to use the Run Transition Sub-Model, using MLP, shows "Error in command line". What can I do? What I´m doing wrong?

  First, check the regional settings for your computer (these can usually be accessed from your computer's control panel). Be sure that the decimal symbol is set to a period . and the digit grouping symbol is set to a comma ,
  
  Check if this has solved your issue. If not, there is probably an issue with one of your inputs or the settings you have given to LCM. Start again checking your data and setting up LCM for the sub-model run.

  In patch 18.0.11 (not the coming patch, but the one after that), this will be fixed so that you do not have to change your decimal symbol to a period (.), but currently, a couple of parts of LCM (Run Transition Sub-Model and Save Session) are giving an error if the decimal symbol is set to a comma (',').
