Raster Conversion ArcGIS 10.3 to IDRISI Selva 17.0

I am having a bit problem to import Raster file in .tif format to IDRISI Selva 17.0 edition. 

it prompt me with an error "Compressed grey scale images not supported" although I have unchecked any compression prior to converting the polygons to .tif raster in ArcGIS 10.3. 

 

What is the possible source of error and how would I tackle this?

  I am guessing that they are still compressed. You could try saving them in another format, like img. Or, you can try the Gdal Import Utility that does support compressed TIFFs.
