A statistical test for correlation between raster images?

I have a set of continuous raster images of a range of landscape variables that I need to test to see if there is any correlation between the data, so that I can reject redundant data from my analysis; it seems that probably a Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient would be the appropriate stat, is there any way to do this, or an equivalent procedure, in Idrisi?

Craig,

There are a couple options. You can try the module CORRELATE. This will do image to image. There is also the module MULTIREG that will run a multiple regression.

You could always run a PCA and look at the detailed output as well. Not a Pearson's, but more information how the variables may be associated.
