I'm trying to do a KNN and a segmentation classification on a project but when I press ok after filling all the requirements I get the same message "Unexpected error condition encountered. Please check the integrety of the operation performed, the data files used, and the amount of disk space available". I checked everything, nothing.
Any ideas?

That is an untrapped error, which is why it mentions three different potential causes for the problem.
One of the common causes of this error is if you have NaN Values in your image or if your background value is either -INF or Nan. If that is the case, use the module NANFIX to replace that value with a valid number of your choice.
If that is not the cause of your problem, you could open a tech support ticket, tell us what options you are using (screenshots are best) and send the input files to us, then we could get a sense of if there is a problem with your input files or where else the problem may lie.

I tried using the NANFIX function, but this time the process seems to stop or freeze. I'm going to creat a tech support tickect I think, like you said. Thank you for your help.
