So I'd like to create land use maps for a city for different years e.g. 1990, 2000 etc. and then would like to predict future change based on them.
I've researched thoroughly but not sure which application/module would be best. I have access to erdas, envi, argis, and idrisi. I'm leaning towards IDRISI.
Would I be able to achieve this using the CA_Markov module?
