I already purchased IDRISI Taiga Stand Alone License with Transaction ID: 3999887579....

I sent my email to Clarklab customer service to night.My computer was infected with virus and gone to the drain.(already formatted).

My PW & ID cannot work in new OS.

Please help me after my mail received.
