I want to import the Sentinel-2 level 2A images to TerrSet. I tried to use the "sentinel" function to import the safe file. It tells me Sentinel 1C expected which is incorrect. Also, it gives me no tile to choose and 33 bands which I have no clue what they are referring to. I would appreciate it a lot if you could help me figure out!

Can you tell us what version of TerrSet you are using. See the About Box under the Help menu. Also, send the name of the Sentinel file.

when using IMPORT --> GOVERNMENT / DATA PROVIDER FORMAT --> SENTINEL it assumes immediately I'm using 1C level. What Reflectance correction should I choose to get 2A Level files? Also, what happens if I only have 2A level instead of 1C?
Claudio, What version of TerrSet are you running? You must have 18.31 for the import to run correctly. Where did you download the data from?

Hello James. I'm using TerrSet version 18.31.
I download the images from https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/#/home
They are already corrected to level 2A. Apparently TerrSet only import 1C level images?

when you say it doesn't import, it should only give you the option to import with raw dn. Do you have that option? We import 2A so we may have to see you data to make sure it is formatted correctly Next time you write in include you scene ID and we can try it on our end.
