I have purchased a license for TerrSet 18.11 Stand alone license - General license.
Later I have done an upgrade to version 18.31.
The software was working normally.
However, recently I experienced a crash in Windows 10 and I had to reinstall the OS.
I have restored TerrSet using the setup file.
However when I tried to enter the license ID and password, the procedure did not work and I had an error message.
Can you help me in recovering the full functionality of the software?
