Has anyone else had issues after instal and activation that the computer is not authorised?
I have deactivated and reactivated, restarted my computer, all to no avail. The ID and password all go through fine saying that it is activated, but then when I go to launch it brings up this error.
Turnaround time has been 6 (SIX) days from help, really hoping to get a response sooner if anyone else has had the same?
