I'm trying to execute the SEGMENTATION module to a 4 band aerial photography..The process starts normally but in the step 4 of 9 appears a message that says that the image is too larger for segmentation and that consider divide the image using WINDOW.. But I want to do the segmentation of the entire image.. Each band size are around the 18 GB..
Is there some solution for this issue?

The combined imagery is much too large to run with Segmentation. You have a couple of options. First, as you noted, use Window to run Segmentation on tiles, and then reassemble with Mosaic. More than likely you will have seams to resolve. If you are performing classification, then this may not be an issue. Second, reduce the resolution, which may not be desirable. But this will depend on the features you are trying to resolve.
