I have a few doubts about standardizing factors for input into multi criteria evaluation (MCE), where using the FUZZY module is not a viable option. Is the STRETCH module an acceptable way of standardizing input image values to a common unit of measurement? Standard module appears to be designed to achieve this, but says that it is only appropriate for normally distributed data, which mine are not.
Any ideas on this??
