ERDAS img file to IDRISI rst

I am trying to convert ERDAS img file to Idrisi format. Can somebody help by providing the procedure to follow

To import img files there are a couple of options:
1. File --> Import --> Software-Specific Formats --> ERDIDRIS.
2. File --> Import --> GDALIDRISI
